"Like an Italian home cooked food. hearty meals with love can taste them. it was our first station back in townsville after we were 22 years away, and eating is just as good as it was. do not expect silver service or pretentious entrees,...just honest hearty food on a teller. the steak dianne with spaghetti delightful and the pizza was great. great experience."

"After hearing some positive feedback about this venue a group 6 of us decided to try it out. BYO option for wine was great, allowing us to bring a high quality Shiraz for much less than the bottle price of a restaurant. The ambience is...simple and rather hot without the AC on in North Queensland at this time of year. The spiced chicken legs were delicious as an entree and were improved by the duck pancakes for main would have appreciated some additional sauce as this ran out quickly . Overall everyone was pleased with their dishes for a total bill of approximately 210 meant everyone enjoyed dinner for approx. 35 each."

"I always love coming here, staff are always amazing! I've been coming here for Lunches and Dinners for quite a few years and every single staff member I have encountered has gone above and beyond to make my experience great. Meals are always quick and very tasty! Even when the restaurant is full I have never had to wait long for my meals. If at a large table the meals always come out at the same time."

I love Sunday morning breakfasts at cafes so if you're thinking Vitti's, you have to get there early to secure a table! All in all, happy customer!! "Had a mix up with our order and we accidentally got it to be delivered to an old address (thought it was pick up) when we arrived to collect they cooked fresh food and have and extra gluten free rosemary bread to compensate for delivery fee we paidFood is great and tasty with plenty of options for gluten free!! "Very disappointing overall. Some staff knew what they were doing but others didn't. Very disjointed service and a long wait for food which was very home cooked and put together. No presentation at all. We had a prawn cocktail which was very difficult to eat and although the prawns were of excellent quality, they had to be peeled and we had to ask for finger bowls, very little salad and the sauce was jammed underneath. Once again very poorly presented for eating. Sorry but I won't be returning."
