"We were introduced to Chez Paulo by a ski guide friend many years ago and have enjoyed many a relaxed lunch here. This time we had had five fabulous days of sunshine and good, if springy, snow and a number of our party had not gone up the mountain. It was our last day and skis needed to be returned to the hire shop so this was the place to meet for lunch. Our numbers swelled from seven to ten but this was no problem for them. However, we did have to wait some time for our order to arrive , probably because of the influx of other punters on smaller tables. As we were not on a 'we need to get on the slopes again' agenda this really didn't matter. All the pizzas were delicious, including the calzone, and the risotto with artichoke and speck and the pork tenderloi with red radicchio were too. The service was very attentive given the number of punters and while we did not have to wait for the drinks service of the food was definitely slower than expected. Anyway, the food is delicious and we will definitely be back. (Thanks Dom for the original introduction!)"

"Where you are to spend a good time with friends at the bar. The wines are of quality and offered by a sommelier who knows his work well and knows how to please you. The welcome is really hot, we also eat good small dishes where good pizzas. All the staff is upstairs. Thanks for this pleasant moment spent with you in your good coffee made with a lot of taste."
