"We enjoyed the friendly, attentive service and the food was fresh, tasty and beautifully prepared. in total we had dishes and of those were very delicious. The dish, knafe dessert, we found too sweet. The BYO policy is an important incentive as we enjoy good wine and the BYO system allows us to enjoy great wine at a reasonable price"

"Our new favourite Italian restaurant in Sydney, in the old home of sopra. Two wonderful starters - Burrata and pasta followed by even more gorgeous mains - squid ink spaghetti and chicken truffle ravioli- just delicious. Pared with a very reasonable wine list, altogether a great lunch experience. Shame they don't do dinner. We'll definitely be back!"

"Have been visiting this place ever since it opened a few years back. After a break living away, returned thus month to dine again. Still outstanding food, prepared from scratch by a great team. Still inexpensive and great value. BYO with minimal corkage charge makes it a great night out!"

"I’ve been here a number of times recently for lunch and dinner and sampled quite a few items on the menu. Usually I’ve had the rump steak with chips and salad. The quality of the food has been high. The steak’s usually a nice cut and cooked well. I’ve also tried the Supreme pizza, pork sausages with mash as well as the fish and chips and they’ve all been very good. The presentation has been nice as well as the taste. I do prefer the thick-cut fries to the thinner variety. I’ve found that prices are roughly the same for pub bistro food in Sydney and it’s worthwhile getting the specials on offer because the quality of the fare is the same but prices can be significantly...read more"

"None of our group could find fault or suggest anything to improve this gem. The food, the service and the outlook aspect were perfect during our recent lunch. Standout dishes for us were the kingfish carpaccio, the zucchini pizza, the lamb shoulder and the...flatbread Za’atar. We will be back"

"We came across Pizza Deli a couple months ago when we found a flyer in the mail. A consistent well made pizza is now only one phone call away. Lovely base, toppings are sensational and the nutella calzone is to die for. They do a half and half pizza which gives you good variety. Love this place."
