"The food here is always great. We usually order the delivery, but this night we decided to go for dinner. Our waitress was nice, the food was amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. Did I mention that the food is amazing? We love Valente."

"I love a good sandwich, and when I lived close enough to see a Subway from my front door I visited it at least once a week. This was my first chance to eat at the Watervliet location since it's not super close to where I live. Todays errands took us out to the area so we decided to grab fast food in the area. My husband ordered a chicken-bacon sandwich with pepper jack cheese, had it double toasted, then had honey mustard, chipotle, salt and pepper added. I ordered a foot long spicy Italian sandwich, not toasted, with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, onion and yellow mustard. I got an oatmeal raisin cookie as well. Staff was working hard when we walked in towards the end of the night, one was cleaning and one was making someone else's order. While they seemed well staffed while we were there, I know they're currently having issues keeping employees so the hours posted on the door are not always accurate. I know last time I was in the area I was anticipating them being open and they weren't, so if you are traveling far you may want to call before hand. Bathroom was gender neutral and clean, which is great for a smaller town with not many bathroom options (though I'm sure you have to buy something to be able to use it). Overall this is an average Subway. Food is as expected, store including the bathroom is clean, and staff does their job well."

"So I don’t know about you, but I like my little community and I also like to support my local businesses that keep my community going. So with that being said, we ventured out tonight to Arclight Brewery to try the cafe that just opened inside of the brewery called Reaction Mass Cafe. Simple pub style food with a nice twist. We tried 4 menu items tonight and I have to say EVERYTHING we tried was DELICIOUS! I’m not typically a fan of Italian Beef sandwiches because either the au jus is tasteless or it’s too soggy, it just never seems to strike me as something I would go out of my way to order. That was Not the case with this one! It was SIMPLE, and DELICIOUS! They had spicy but not too hot giardiniera, au jus that was perfect and the meat was tender and flavorful. I could eat that everyday! The Atom Bomb "
