Looking for wood fired pizza, we came up with this place in Waxahachie to try.This is a full service Italian restaurant, not just pizza. I had the pizza with beef, mushrooms, mozzarella, and pepperonicooked just a little extra as I like mine as crispy as you can get it without burning. Thoroughly enjoyed the flavors from thecrust all on up. Good amount of crispness. The only issue was I asked for the pepperoni to be on top as I like it to crisp upalso, but it was actually on the bottom. Somebody didn 't pay attention. Diane had the Italian trio. Each of the 3 (cheesemanicotti, chicken spinach manicotti, and cannelloni) varieties were good in their own way. Good flavor and well done. Herfavorite was the spinach because the flavors of the ingredients melded together in a wonderful explosion in the mouth. Thecheese manicotti was good, but could have had just a little more spices added to make it really good. The Cannelloni was verygood with the chicken and mushroom filling. Again, the alfredo sauce could have been just a bit more flavorful. Overall, though,the dish as a whole was very enjoyable and would definitely be recommended. The only real downer was the free Flatbreadappetizer. While the flavor was delicious, the dough was almost raw and very chewy. When we mentioned it to Grace our server,she just said it depended on the cook. No offer to get some cooked or exchange it for more cooked just kinda "oh well, sorry "but in a sweet-kind way. Other than that she was very attentive and a great attitude. Overall we would definitely come back.Recommended two thumbs-up ???? ????"

"Awesome food, although the menu is rather small. I had a meat pizzetta (individual pizza) and an ante pasta salad. The portions were good and the authentic Italian deserts were wonderful. We sampled the canolli, 3 types of cookies and the chocolate salami. I’m trying the muffalata sandwich next time."

"Fresh Market is probably my favorite coffee shop in Waxahachie! The location itself is located in such a large place - next to the city center as well as several parks, and the interior is so sweet and spacious. The lattes are so good, and they also have a fairly large selection of baked goods. I definitely recommend Fresh to everyone in the Waxahachie area, it is definitely worth the visit!"

"I come here to eat with my kids all the time we love it. The staff is welcoming and friendly and professional. My food is always served within like 5 minutes which I love. Firehouse subs is better than subway and I recommend this place to anybody! Thank you firehouse subs!"

"Just tried this place out for the first time! First of all the cookies are MASSIVE! My husband, son, and I just shared a lemon cookie and it was delicious! Next, we ordered a couple of coffees. I had the caramel frozen confection. My husband had the iced mocha. Both coffees were amazing! Love it! Third, and lastly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The smell of fresh baked treats and goods filled my nose and soul. Love it! 10 out of 10 will be back again!"
