"I have them on speed dial when I need a quick meal for my family. The portions are pretty large and the food is great. Our favorites are the Osco bucco and carbonara pasta. The restaurant has a pretty cool, communal and friendly feel to it and I always find the service great."

"A fantastic place for after work hangout with friends! The grilled octopus is creative and tasty, so is the risotto (and not too salty). The service is great and fortunately the wait isn’t long either. This will definitely become one of my go-to restaurants!"

"If you enjoy authentic Italian dishes and atmosphere then watch out! This place has it all. Home made bread with a hint of sea salt, great wine list and a tantalizing menu. The staff is very attentive and most are of Italian heritage, providing excellent knowledge of regional dishes along with rich Italian accents. “Campo de Fiori”, even the name sounds authentic Italian truly made me and my wife feel as if we were dining in Rome :"

"A very cute little place with a pleasant bustle and lively vibe. Although you can order a la carte, they seem to specialize in a kind of set dinner...starter (salad or similar), pasta dish, then entry (I had the lamb). Pretty much open kitchen, food (especially the pasta) is very tasty and quickly served. Nice wine list. All in all a lovely way to spend an evening."

"Great neighbourhood spot with fantastic food and service. Quaint spot it was busy but we had reservations. We would have waited at the bar if need be, loved the decor. Started with some garlic bread and olives which turned out to be a perfect light app before our yummy pasta dinner. Wonderful fresh flavours and perfect portion sizes. Prices were reasonable. Dinner for 2 with glass of wine each, app, entre, desserts and coffee = about $100. Service was fantastic! Hard workers, very friendly and efficient. I would most definitely recommend. Love the simple menu options- to me that means the dishes are carefully selected and prepared to create optimal flavour. Looking forward to returning!"

"Ho frequentato la trattoria Giovanna con buon regolarità durante i miei viaggi di lavori a Toronto.La trattoria è sita in College street che è la zona Italiana di Toronto , dove si possono trovare altri bar ed altri ristoranti Italiani.Mi piaceva molto andare alla trattoria Giovanna perchè mi sentivo come a casa, si parla e si mangia 100% italiano! sia la pizza che il ristorante sono ottimi e vi consiglio la pastiera eccellente della sig. ra Giovanna.In estate è inoltre possibile cenare nei tavolini in esterno che danno sulla strada di passaggio."

"Have made a reservation to entertain some customers here. First great movement, they actually the day of confirmation of the reservation! I don't remember the last time a restaurant did. All our appetizers and meals were on site. This is an Italian restaurant that really knows what they do! Our server was Isreal. He was so nice and super funny! It was such a joy to serve us. The owner came to say hello and we had a great conversation with her. A so wonderful lady and she clearly takes care of her customers. The whole experience here was so much more than we could ever hope!! Our customers loved it just like us. Very recommended for all visitors or locals!"
