"Restaurant was not busy but food took 45 minutes to come. 2 of the orders came cold had to send it back. 1 of the orders they had forgotten to place with the kitchen so took an additional 10 15 minutes to come out. In 1 of the mixed grills the chicken wings were burnt black in 2 mixed grills the kofte kebab had bones in it (supposed to be boneless). The waitress was very lovely but the manager was not after asking to speak to the manager he did not bother to come out and apologise and instead sent our waitress back to let us know we did not have to pay for the food, only drinks. We got the bill and after saying we only had to pay for the drinks he still charged us for our sides. Regardless, the food that was fine was definitely not worth the price. Not much flavour and definitely over priced for the portion size nothing is included with the mains you have to get sides separate which is again over priced. Charged £3 for cokes but filled all of the glass with ice. The only good thing was that our female waitress was very nice and sincerely apologetic. Table was also very small for 5 people to sit on with big plates and sides and drinks was not much room."
