"While visiting Natchez, Ms, my hometown, I purchased a 16 piece meal that costed $30+ only to find that they are doing something different with this chicken! It had zero seasoning! I was very disappointed. I spoke to the manager about it. Initially, he argued that nothing had changed in 30 years. But I 've been eating the chicken for 30 years. I grew up eating it. No one can tell me that it 's the same. Anyway, weeks later, I got a replacement (on the chicken only), although the manager told me on the phone that he 'd replace the entire order. The manager himself prepared the order but the customer service was less than desired. Btw, the replacement was not the best but it was better than the original order."
