"We discovered this amazing unique place when going up North for the long weekend. They make authentic firewood bagels, lots of flavours I think about 16 varieties. Traditional sesame was my favorite, while my husband loved spicy jalapeno. I also got banana chocolate for kids to try out, and they absolutely loved them! If you are lucky, you can actually see the process of rolling bagels by hand and baking in the brick oven.The next day we came back for supper as we were determined to try their firewood pizza, and kids were excited about the idea. They made pizzas in another brick oven right in front of our eyes. The quality of pizza was unbelievable, nothing like I ever tried before, hands down. They have 43 kinds of pizza on the menu, so sure to please any taste. Get at least one pizza per person as it's thin crust, 10". We had ours with caesar salad, which was very good too. For those who like a drink with a meal, they have a good selection of wine and artisanal beer from a local microbrewery.We fell in love with this place and we'll be back next time we are in the Laurentians! Highly recommended to anyone looking for authentic experience and good quality food."
