"When you walk in, the Hostess didn 't greet us nor any of the customers. She just stood there and stared at you. Our server Lupe was somewhat unpleasant. She was very dry and dull. She didn 't offer or upsell anything to drink and then we got our food before our drinks. But the food was amazing and the atmosphere was great!"

"Sadly the staff though polite seemed too busy to care for even minor details. Our party of four had to remind the serving staff that we needed silverware to eat. And more than one request was needed for condiments for coffee. The table was dirty and they never offered to wipe it.The food was mediocre at best. The chili was old. The burgers were small. My food was graciously remade because it had jalapenos, when I made sure to tell them not to put them on my hashbrowns when I made my order. When they brought it back it did not have the extra gravy or chili asked for and the hashbrowns were barely edible, mushy without much texture. My special needs son mentioned they did not get his Arnold Palmer mixed properly. And the needed condiments for food were not adequately provided.And they had a promotion visually large that either was not known by some staff members or others said the promotion was no longer valid. For my son with special needs to see something so fun and people not know about the promotion or state that its over is false advertising. No one should leave a large display with a spin and win wheel that is not valid."

"Just ate my last meal here, never again! Waited forever for food, and then got order screwed up. Happens every single time! And, they advertise for things they don't even offer any more. Save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else."

"Best breakfast I've had in years. Tons of food for such a great price. The John Wayne omelette was incredibly tasty as were the hashbrown casserole and biscuits and gravy. Each item was made with love. The place is packed, busy, and for good reason. It's a breakfast joint you want to go as the food is made with lots of love."

"I absolutely love the burgers and fries here. Probably the best burgers I have had from a quick diner-style restaurant. Unfortunately my most recent experience was not so good. Me and my girlfriend called up to order pickup and a young lady picked up the phone and asked us in a very short manner if we could get there before 8. This is understandable since it was 7:30 and close to close. We said yes, then proceeded to be on hold for 8 minutes before a second employee picked up the phone, apologized, and took our order. When we arrived, this young lady, who we immediately knew by her voice, was walking around shaking the fries and dropping many on the ground, while openly complaining about customers ordering late. The phone rang and she, seemingly very annoyed, gave them the same spiel about getting to the store on time. The other employees seemed to be very nice and apologetic, asking her to not be so rude. When we got our food, we saw that the fries were underdone, which is not characteristic of our experiences before. I will certainly continue to eat there as the food is certainly delicious, but this young lady should improve her customer service."
