"I just went to eat at this La Carette with my family. We had to wait at least 10 minutes before they brought us chips and salsa. Finally, they took our order. My plate was wrong, when I told the waiter, he argued with me and told me that he brought out what I ordered. I told him, no that it was not correct and he gave me a go to you know where look. He finally (reluctantly) took my food back and brought out the correct thing. However, I was scared to eat it!!! The waiter checked on us one time! I had to ask for refills on my children's drinks 3 times. Finally, I asked a man who appeared to be a manager. He acted as if I was wasting his time. Not only did they bring the drink refills 10 minutes later, after my children were on the verge of crying, but they charged us for them!! That is ridiculous!! So, we ended up paying for 6 drinks, with only 4 people in our party. I will NEVER eat here again. When I told someone my displeasure, he acted as if he did not understand English!! Needless to say, a tip was not left!"
