"A great source of creative baked goods ranging from savoury to sweet. I like the ham and cheese loaf, bacon-cheddar bread, cranberry-cream cheese bun, and the coconut-raisin bun. Be sure to carefully read the descriptions so you know what you're getting (e.g. one item is topped with roe, but it looks like cheddar cheese).While this location partners with Chatime, they offer a limited drink menu. In my case they're missing my favourite milk tea flavour -- honeydew!"

"This location keeps denying us the Espresso Brown Sugar Pearls with oat milk and they insist it 's impossible to make that drink with oat milk, despite having the little oat sign beside it for upcharge of $0.9.I hope they would at least put in the effort to learn their own menu. Pathetic... Other locations never gave us problems. Too bad this location is closest to where we live. We 'll ensure not to step foot in this one."

"Service is great and fast, I usually order in-person and occasionally through Ritual. I love that this store also closes late because I always have cravings for late night BBT.For the past two drinks that I’ve ordered, I noticed a difference in the quality of the drink, at a usual request for 30% sugar, my drinks still tasted too sweet and that was never the case before. I can’t imagine what it’ll taste like if it had 100% sugar."

"Bad customer service. There was a male staff who worked at the 7 pm shift on Jul 30. I just accidentally took the receipt out of the terminal cuz I thought it was my copy. He raised his voice with attitude when I found out I took it. I would gladly return it if he asked politely. Big deal. Plus the drinks were watered down and tasteless today."
