"Only time I had Qdoba was when I visited New Jersey a while ago and I remember I liked it a lot. I'm glad that I could have Qdoba again and the food and the service were excellent."

"Have been a longtime fan of Big Star, especially their fish tacos. Had the chance to try their Panza tacos which actually are now going to be a regular order. The queso was delicious too. All in all, a reliably good place to go to in Chicago. On the slightly pricier side. Service is friendly and warm."

"I was told by this “manager” that I would not be provided service. She refused to give her name despite me asking for it. She refused to listen to my answer after I clearly told AND pointed out to her several times that I ONLY wanted the REGULAR drink with the “Complete Your Meal” as shown here. Annoyingly she kept asking me “regular or large” repeatedly until I lost patience and walked out. She needs retraining on how to provide good customer service, part of which is listening, showing empathy and not being combative."

"I wrote this review before and for some reason it was deleted. It 's not fake and Yelp should contact me if they have questions. I ordered takeout to be picked up at 12:45. When I arrived, there was a sign outside the door saying to call for pick up. I called and got what sounded like a fax machine. I call again and a man answers. He tells me he 's in the alleyway and can I wait 10 -15 min. I tell him I 'm at the door now and that I 'm on my lunch break. He says Oh. and that he 'll be right there. I 'm waiting out in the cold. A half hour later he drives up. I 'm wondering to myself, If you were in the alley, why are are you driving up here? He goes in to get my food and hands it to me. He apologizes and runs off. Before I get a chance to ask him about a fork, he 's hurrying off to his car and driving off. The food wasn 't kept warm and was cold. Plus the portion was small. So, I wasted my lunch break for cold food. There was no compensation offered. Yelp, please email me if you have questions. It was a very weird experience. I don 't think I would risk it again. I"
