"This place is AMAZING! Wifey and I got 2 tacos each with a side of queso. Oh man were they good. To finish off, we got an order of sopapillas. These are little bite sized pillows from heaven sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar with honey on the side for dipping. These are a must have!"

"Elia was my serve at Isla today, she’s great, the food was fantastic and the service was equally excellent. I highly recommend Isla Del Mar if seafood is in your mind and your pallet only takes great tasting foods. Try the sushi, I challenge you to try it and tell me Isla or Blue for great sushi."

"Accidentally Vegan Friendly<br>
I have eaten here for over a decade as a vegetarian but had not as a vegan. When I did I found the food is consistently good and omnivore visitors with us enjoyed their meals, too. 99% of the time I get take away. Staff is always friendly and cheerful. You will not find a better bargain with generous portions and reasonable/low prices. Don’t come here for atmosphere-basic surroundings, adequate seating but no ambiance.<br>
I had called ahead and verified their beans contain no animal products. When I arrived I asked to look at the wrapper the flour tortillas come in and verified they contained no animal products. I then ordered my usual bean burrito, “no carne”, no cheese, no sour cream but veggies are ok. The cashier then, like they always do, to make sure I am happy with my order, asks me if rice is ok, tomato, lettuce, cilantro etc. Like 90 seconds later I was walking out with a custom made steaming hot bean burrito that is good for me for 2 meals. I love this place!!!"
