"We came in as a couple around 6:30 PM on a slow Tuesday night. We thought this would be a good place to have a drink and chill/study. As we first tried to sit down at an available table, we were quickly ushered to another smaller one. "Sorry, Reserved", it felt like she couldn't get the sign down fast enough. Luckily, another table near us vacated so we politely asked another waiter if it was okay for us to sit there. He said yes and we re-settled. A third waitress came by to take our order and in the same breath, informed us that we would have to move again if required.I was perplexed; in looking around at other same size tables: a couple, another couple, and a single person. Why us? I read the loitering clause, sure, max 3 hours makes sense. But we had been there for all of 5 minutes. Needless to say, we found this to be rude and unfair. I voiced this and she uttered a single sorry and returned to her till. So we left. As a previous customer, I'm disappointed to see where this place has gone. It's average with inflated prices and I'm sure our business will be appreciated elsewhere."

"Terrible customer service on January 28, 2022, 11:30am. Person behind the counter was more interested on what’s on their phone rather than helping customers lining up. When I got their attention they said to wait and they finished what they were doing on their phone (another 30 seconds). Also this location never has milk black tea, one of the popular flavours, ready when I go. Please improve your service or hire new staff."

"First time at Kung Fu Tea and loved it. Tried their Pearl chocolate Latte without sugar and it was sooo soothing on a rainy day. Even without sugar the drink had the right amount of sweetness. Definitely coming back for more flavours!"
