"This was by far the worst experience ever coming to this location. There was a girl working there tonight(Thursday Aug that had horrible customer service. To start... the restaurant was half empty and it took her about mins to come aknowledge our presence...and give us the menus. Secondly... on Thursdays they have a special a pint of beer and a pound of wings. I asked if i was able to get a pop instead of beer because i do not drink alcohol. She told me that she was not able to change the special...i said even if i am not able to drink alcohol... she said yes... I found it odd because it would have worked out to be cheaper for the restaurant to give me a pop rather than give me a beer. She then proceeded to tell me if i want to get the wings i should come back on Tuesday when then wings are half price .I came on a Thursday... why are you telling me to come back on Tuesday when the wings are half off I never asked for half off wings... Anyways... i placed the order for the wings and the beer(which i was going to give to one of the other people that were there with me) an order of polouri, and crab wontons. The third person joined us about one minute after we placed the order. The waitress was serving the table right next to us. I was trying to get her attention I kept looking over at her made eye contact several times and she never thought to come to the table and ask if there was anything she could get for her. The third person had to get up and find the server just to place her order and was never asked if she wanted anything to drink. Fast forward to an hour later where we had just received one half of our order even though all the tables that came in after us had gotten their food. We were never checked or reassured that the rest of the food would be out shortly. We have never has such a horrible experience here in all the times we have visited. We got up to pay for what we did receive it was clear we were not impressed with our dining experience and she never offered as much as an apology... oh yeah I am still waiting for my beer."
