I got a complimentary drink (which was delicious), attached a wish to the tree and received a hand written list of local places they recommended that I go to. "The food is not so special, but it tastes good. Unfortunately, the menu is all in Vietnamese and has only a few pictures, so I chose the pictures. The noodles I ordered should be crispy and not soft if you expect it to be soft. I ordered a mixed juice I liked very much, not sure if it was even on the menu, but the waitress made one for me. We communicated a bit in English and I used a lot of Google Translate (I have a vietnamese sim card). The waitress always tried her best and has a beautiful and cute personality. The restaurant has a small shop with vegan products some imported from Taiwan. And she told me where more delicious. They even sell Vegan dog food, which I don't need, but I was surprised that they have since I never saw it. Oh and I recommended her to change a picture on the menu as it shows real shrimps, but they are 100% a vegan restaurant. She told me she'll tell her manager."

"We were thrilled to try this place, the menu looked great and the mood was very nice. We were impressed by the series of vegan pastries and tried the chocolate babka it was delicious! But unfortunately, the hearty food and service was not very good. We tried the broken rice listed on HappyCow as bestseller and got the combo with the Papaya salad. The two dishes were not served together, it seemed like they forgot the Papaya salad until we asked. And the flavors were really of only 1 or 2 of the sides for the broken rice were good, the meat was glazed with an overly sweet sauce, and the fried noodles had a very strange 'off' taste. The Papaya salad was very hard and hard to eat, and the sauce tasted strong by salty Tamarinde(? that did not go with the parrot at all. When we brought our worries to the waiter, he just said that it was because we were not familiar with how to taste food. I've eaten broken rice and Papaya salad often in Vietnamese restaurants, and they were all much better than that. So sad we went away quite disappointed."

"This place has been transformed several times over the last few years. Currently, it is a cafe on the ground floor and a restaurant on the upper floor. You can get coffee and juice in the cool and dimly lit cafe, and perfectly prepared food for lunch or dinner in the restaurant. The menu is small and focused and everything is fantastic. The restaurant kitchen is sort of open-plan style like you sometimes find in a Japanese Izakaya so you can sit around the bar and watch them cook. Note that this is a vegetarian restro, with some items including egg or milk as default. Most things can be modified to be vegan. I only wish they had plant milk options for the coffee."

"This restaurant is fantastic. it is an open style, typical Vietnamese dining area for the locals. we were the only Westerners present, and despite not speaking Vietnamese and the workers who do not speak English, we could easily negotiate what we wanted. three lunches and two glooms cost less than $5... incredibly much worth. it didn't all frills, but eating was fantastic."

"If you love Poke bowls this is the place! 10/10. The food and fish are super fresh and tasty. You also get unlimited toppings and if you want more rice or salad while you're eating you can ask for more free of charge. First time having poke in a foreign country and it doesn't disappoint (better than U.S). The level of service and staff here is amazing."
