"Yikes, that?s an expensive breakfast for something so dull. The eggs were flavorless, the pancakes tasted like boxed pancake mix, the omelet was dry and boring. The only thing decent with our meal was the coffee and potatoes. Far too expensive for what you get. And our server astounded us when she asked for a bigger tip. We ordered two dishes and our total was $50 and for the quality of everything we received it wasn?t worth much in the end. Wouldn?t recommend. It looked so inviting but ended up being a big, expensive let down."

"My first time here so not sure if the service is always really slow and borderline badly unattended, but it was decent enough that I would go back to try. we waited almost an hour for a sandwich and an salad. the tables are not cleaned between the guests unless they make it themselves. portioned were reasonable for the price, but nothing was amazing for the taste. solid VGF options."

"If I could give 0, I would. We called to order while we were on our way the lady left us on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on us. So we called back because we were around the corner and told her that she left us on hold and then hung up on us and she got mad at that and then told us our food wouldn’t be ready for 2 hours got mad AGAIN and hung up AGAIN on us. So we went inside to complain about her attitude and behavior just for her to point fingers at us and tell us that, “we’re not going to talk to her that way” when all we were doing was trying to place an order to go. She had an attitude the entire time and was so rude to my husband. Nasty, unprofessional, rude. Service: 1"

"During the first weekend of October 2019, my family booked three rooms at the Welcome Inn as we perform the family festival Lancaster/St.Clement annually. We haven't done it in the past few years, but this year we have managed and were very unhappy to find out that the Welcome Inn had so many changes for the worst. Initially, the manager could not offer us any rate over the phone and could not provide a detailed expression/reception of our stay, only the final credit card receipt with the total. That was a red flag, and I think their prices are a little high when you get the value of what you get (we paid about $300 for 3 rooms. In the past there was continental breakfast, which is no longer available. One of our rooms had a look at the wall after heavy rainfall (after the young man/manager)? All the rooms were dirty and the bathtubs had mats that had black form among them. After all, one of my sister had room wasps behind the curtain where he lived there, for whom knows how long? For our bedroom with the looking water, the young man, who never apologised for the great inconvenience, and came twice to mop the water with a really dark colored dirty mop. The washcloths and towels should be white, but gray/brown, and finally, when we checked out about 20 minutes later and we were harassed by the same young man who showed up the visual water without excuse, and he was very rude in his communication with us about the delay control. I am a teacher, and the way he talked to me was how I spoke to pupils of middle school who are untrained! I thought maybe he'd be a little thoughtful considering that all we had been through with the waterfront side and my toddler daughter couldn't go straight to bed because we had to wait on the ground to dry while she went through the dirty, chopped water. It's sad because the place used to be very beautiful and have a nice continental breakfast. The place is really downhill and unnecessary to say we won't stay here anymore. Very sad. P.S. They advertise, no pets, but I saw a woman coming out of the back door and leaving her little dog. Interesting..."

"Our family had dinner last night in montanas . the ribs were reheated and not the fresh ribs they used here. the buttermilk chicken plate was also not good. what a waste of money. I recommend this montanas now no one uses it. to serve really good food."
