"Zum Jahrestag mit meiner Frau, lud ich sie in dieses Restaurant ein! Sie und ich waren begeistert. Von außen sehr unscheinbar. Von Innen übertrefft es die Vorstellung. Ja, es ist klein! Aber mit einem Effekt, welcher im Gedächtnis bleibt. Nicht nur die ganzen "Promis", welche dort aßen und bildlich an den Wänden dargestellt sind, sondern auch der Flair und die Atmosphäre, sind überragend. Die Angestellten freundlich und fleißig in ihrer Arbeit. Das Essen kam schnell und war sehr köstlich und genauso wie gewünscht war es auf dem Teller. Preis- Leitungsverhältnis ist ansprechend! Sehr gern wieder!"

"Zeche: 33,60 € per person General: Can you go Greek food in Chemnitz? I asked a rhetorical question because I suspect that in every German city you will find a Greek of 10,000 inhabitants. But the selection in the Karl Marx city is limited and I had completed my research with the choice of Syrtaki. I didn't regret the visit because I was eating right. The award at one of the hot July days 2015 was very remarkable for a Tuesday. The typical audience was found, namely couples, families and small groups, as well as soloists like me. I see the price-performance ratio at only four stars. The Syrtaki offers a homepage where the menu can be displayed [here link] . Service: Two Greek men in black dress delivered the outdoor tables occupied in front of the restaurant and the few interiors. They did it routinely and friendly. Beverages quickly came to the table and the appetizers and main food matched. The ouzo of the host in Syrtaki is sufficiently cold for both start and invoice. More cold would have done the rarely encountered Retsina Rosé well. Overall an acceptable duty that I appreciate with full satisfaction. At the beverage prices: Pils by Paulaner is charged with a considerable €2.80 for 0.3 l. Greek mineral water is 4.90 € for the bottle with 0.7 l and the few open standard wines want to be paid at 5,50 € for 0.25 l. Only the mentioned Retsina is €4.40 for the neighborhood. Food: The map is manageable, but offers the most promising classics. The mixed cold appetizers Pikilia, 8,90 €, which I have chosen, were specially advertised on the map as five balls Tsatsiki, Skordalia, Taramas, Auberginensalat and sheep cheese Tyrosalata. A basket with a bright, fresh and fine-pored bread was added. I like the eggplant salad with a correct garlic note, some tomatoes and walnut, the pretty firm sheep cheese cream and the creamy tsatsiki with cucumber, garlic and a dillhauch. The Taramas would not be industrial goods, but the conservation of the fish note and the Skordalia would have made a little more garlic and olive oil well. This Pikilia plate should settle in the upper third of my rankings. Then the grill plate Parthenon with Gyros, Souvlaki and Souzouki Frikadelle, €12.80 . I chose Pommes. The additional salad with two fractions: The herbal salad was retained and refreshed; the leaf salad half "napped" with lush cocktail sauce. To the proteins: the gyro freshly cut and well seasoned, as well as the loose frikadelle. However, both grills are slightly oversalted. The Souvlaki has a delicately seasoned and still seasoned, but with decreasing heat increasingly dry in the bite. The pommes hot and crispy. The portion size is good and also without appetizer. The grill plate plays in the middle of my experience league and in until I give good three stars for the food. Ambience: The restaurant is not classic blue and white. Color determination are the dark wall panels and space dividers with wooden columns, table surfaces and blue patterned upholstery. The carpet does not contribute to lighting and the spot-like ceiling lights have a moderate luminosity. Folklore has a few wall paintings with antique motifs. The good table sizes and wide running paths are found in the quite large restaurant. Cleanliness: Everything in the green area. The men's toilet in white highly tiled and clean."

"Not my first visit to Chemnitz, but this time I'm looking for a good hotel. Although located somewhat outside, directly at the huge shopping center “Chemnitz Park”. Parking? There is no problem at all – in front of the hotel there is a parking lot. And the hotel also includes extra parking in front of the house. If we are already at the service – unusual, but very pleasant, bicycles are available for guests. These are located directly in front of the entrance. Great. Very friendly welcome in a large hall. There are real keys for the rooms – something antique – but I don't mind. The room on the 4th floor overlooking the highway. After my last, rather bad experience, I immediately search for the darkening option for the window and find it easily. Solid room facility, however, I have to pay € 5 for ́s W Lan. At a rate of €55 incl. Breakfast is not a problem. The room and also the small bathroom are very clean. The bed invites you to sleep – but the TV is quite small. A few centimeters more would not have cost the world. But it's just that. In the bathroom I miss the small bottles with shower gel. That's what I find big donors. Environmentally friendly is definitely that. Luckily I find cream in my cultural bag. In the cellar I find the sauna later night. Well heated. No special touch. In addition, a 2nd steam cabin. It's okay. Worth mentioning the restroom. Very beautiful. In bright blue. An electric kettle is available and Eilles tea bags invite you to tea. This service is not often found. The pink towels, which are available for use in the sauna, are just as rare. Cooling outside is not possible here. I also lack newspapers or other readings. That's how I can really relax. Maybe that's what you want... The next morning breakfast: a very large room, in direct connection with the entrance foyer, does not necessarily ensure a good atmosphere. The service is good, fast, accommodating and attentive. A plus. The buffet leaves hardly any wishes. The rolls are of good quality. There's nothing missing. Except bananas. I can't find them. For apple. Also healthy. Juices, muesli, egg. And coffee is served in the box at the table. It's gonna be okay. No surprises at check out. As a small doping for the day there is a stick with peppermint bonuses. Nice. Conclusion: Hotel about 5km from the centre of Chemnitz. Not the best location, but with good access to the highway. I don't think you can reach by public transport.Good breakfast. Very clean. And invite a friendly service, at least me, to further visits."
