"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (Vegan) I can't rave about this place enough. Accidentally stumbled in here when I first got to Kelowna and boy did it impress! Every item on their menu is impressive and super flavorful. Not too salty and not too saucy. Just right! In the summer time, they have their patio opened and having food outside just feels so different. The ambiance of the place is lively and posh! Everything is clean and spacious. They've also kept their washroom super clean and it is an independent stall! In the winter time, you must get their soups! They're full of flavor and you can't go wrong with any of them. I had their cauliflower taco recently, I'm sure that's not exactly what they're called on the menu but you know what I mean. It was so tasty with a little salt and a little sour, perfect balance. Their staff are so friendly and always so cherry. Definitely come here if you're in town."

"We were very excited to see another Glow at the innovation centre in downtown Kelowna. Noticed that they don't produce freshly squeezed juice. Instead the ladies advised that the juice is a day or two days old. The nutrients degrade substationally after processing which negates buying a healthy drink. I agree with the other comments that their prices are very high for a small quantity. For instance, a tiny salad approx 1 cup was over $10.00. We all walked out after looking at the previously prepared food. They had no clients at lunchtime and it is probably due to the high prices and small quantity. But the staff was very friendly."

"I was so excited to find a “health shop” that sells more than pills. the nature fare is large, well organized and in contact. there are a series of shops in the province, but I was only at the in kelowna. the product section is great. many local organic elements. the bistro adds to the charm and community of the load, but my grip is that meat is not separated effectively. I will not eat of display cases that have meat items next to and tied servier spoons. but I enjoyed fresh juice from her juicy. the personal is really informed and helpful for everything, from details about hidden objects techniques to find dinge in the community. many paints there was a demo or info session setup when I bought there. there are many food aisles with a good selection, a great offer of books and magazines, small bulking, large area for supplements and beauty products the money manufacturers, as well as a series of new old products. I'm glad they're in business."
