"The prices were over-the-top expensive and not very transparent (we had a Gin Tonic, but the price of the Tonic was exclusive which was written in small letters). The staff was smiling, but behind that facade they were very unfriendly. 10 minutes before the closure we were told to finish up, from that moment every felt 30 seconds somebody came and picked up another thing (even the decorative flower). On the second of 20:00, somebody came and told us we really have to leave now, suggesting to leave half of the drink (one costing more than 13 Euros) and after we mentioned it, he told us yeah, that 's your own risk . We finished immediately, only to see that the whole staff sat down at a table (not respecting the distance rules) and having a beer themselves. After my partner told them it 's 20 pm, hm? , we got a really stupid laugh by the majority of that group. Surely, we 'll never come again."

"I have been here 4 times. The first time it was great, I really enjoyed their pizza. The second time I came I ordered another pizza. It took them 25min to tell me that the ofen wasn't warm enough so it would take another hour to make a pizza. It was in my lunch break so I had not enough time to eat. They offered a 20% discount for the next time I went. So I went another time and brought my own vegan cheese for the pizza. They were very nice and made us the pizza with vegan cheese but then ended up burning it. So they made us a new one without vegan cheese and gave it to us for free, which was nice but we would have preferred not to wait 40min for a pizza and have it with vegan cheese and actually pay for it. The fourth time I came the waitress was very stressed even thought the restaurant wasn't very full. She took the order and when the food came it turned out she got 4 things wrong. It took us a long time to get what we ordered. I like the food here even though it is a bit pricey for the quantity but the service is incapable. I'm always very sad that almost every time I come they are missing some of the ingredients that they offer to create your own pizza, so I can never fully get what I really want. This was the last time I came here. Very sad, as I love the taste of their pizza..."
