"First visit here. I ordered the Powerhouse salad to go. The girl who took my order was friendly and helpful. I asked what was in the powerhouse salad and she described it well, adding that it is a very pretty salad . She was not wrong. Not only well worth the $12, but very pretty and very tasty. Very clean restaurant; both in design and upkeep. Based on this visit, will definitely be back."

"We've had juice and smoothies at the downtown location while buzzing through Nanaimo but this time we stopped at this location tucked away in a health food store. All I can say is WOW. I've eaten in a lot of raw food places and my daughter who was with me has worked in some of the top raw food restaurants in Toronto and we were both impressed. We ate twice here on our way to and from Tofino. We had the Euphoria milk shake and the Elevation, yum! We also had the lasagna & caesar salad, the taco salad and the sweet onion wrap. All were delicious. Portions are generous and prices reasonable. Lots of attention is paid to preparation and presentation. The lasagna was particularly good, not at all soggy as raw lasagna can sometimes be.This is our new favourite Nanaimo stop!"
