"The food here is incredible. Just thinking about it makes me hungry. The arepas are delicious, we came twice in 5 days and we had many closer options during our stay in playa del carmen but the food was so good that we had to go back. We had arepas, capachas, tequenos and juices, everything is soooo good, this place is a must. Also the owner does everything with so much love he explains everything with passion and he will tell you all about Venezuela if you ask him. Really great place, service, vibe, food and atmosfera."

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"Encontramos uma pessoa muito amável na rua e perguntamos sobre um outro restaurante. Ele nos disse que estava indo para o Pollo Rojo e recomendava muito. O acompanhamos até lá e nossa experiência foi incrível. Lugar aconchegante e atendimento excelente. Comida farta, saborosíssima e por um preço muito justo. Pedimos 3 tipos de camarones: La Diabla (picante como deve ser), Al ajillo (delicioso) e Al Coco (uma iguaria). Recomendamos a todos que forem a Playa del Carmen!"

"I was going to wait to write this as i am sure we are going back for a second visit. We grabbed an indoor table as it was raining. They do offer some outside seating as well. The wait staff was terrific. My fettuccini with...shrimp just may have been one of the best i have ever had. The wife likes her spag and meatballs so she stuck with that. She enjoyed it. She enjoyed the left overs the next day as well. Lol Not much else to say except we are looking forward to trying the pizza. It is easy to find. Just head down ctm (46th st) towards the ocean and stop at Alizes condos at the end on the left. Right by the policia. You cant miss it."

"We stayed 5 days in playa and we've eaten 4 times there. the tacos with pastor are outstanding and the price is for playa very low. the menus are big and it doesn't matter what you eat, everything is delicious! plan enough time to get a table, this restaurant it's always very busy"
