"Dining room we sat in was extremely crammed with tables and little room to walk through to get to our seat. Food started coming right away but we had yet to meet our server. We had to request to have a server sent to our table to greet us. We were celebrating my sons bday and never received acknowledgement even though I specified in my reservation. Servers did not check on us regularly for drink refills or other. At the end of the meal we were brought our bill but had to wave someone down to pick up our credit card same thing waiting for us to get our processed credit card back to us. Closing out prob took an extra 30 mins from beginning to end. We don’t know if it is a staffing shortage issue, but if so, the restaurant should limit reservations to ensure and good customer experience for those of us that are there. I won’t be going back anytime soon and certainly not on a weekend."
