"Our waitress was very friendly. However the BBQ chicken Queaidila I ordered was burnt in several places when a manager (Doeian).came over to ask if everything was okay she was not professional or respectful to me as a customer she interrupted me mid sentence and said 'tell me what this is so I have a new one made ' she did not apologize for the poor quality of food that left the kitchen and made it to our table. When another waitress saw the interaction, she sent the GM to oir table. He was very polite and empathetic to our concerns. He promptly had the kitchen make me a new meal. Dorian returned later to inquire as to why we were not satisfied with our interaction her reply was 'I 'm not even having a bad day sometimes I am just like this ' Wow! In my opinion that is not the attitude a manager whose job is to service the public should be."
