"We were very welcome when we arrived at the restaurant. everything had gone well in the beginning. Unfortunately the American friend (not French-speaking) that I accompanied to the restaurant ordered the milk lamb of the pyrenees but had asked for the "frequent" cooking in English - red. the lamb was too cooked for its taste and the chef/server did not like its reaction. he became not happy, angry, replied that this dish had no cooking... etc. ...we hadn’t understood and he didn’t understand either that this gentleman wants his red meat. with tourists, and with people who do not speak the French language, when there is a problem of communication it is necessary to remain calm. my friend ordered another dish – the black pig of bigorre, it was delicious, but he remained very disappointed by this experience. my goose magret of the perigord with roasted pears was medium, a little cold and too cooked, but the foie gras of haired duck - very good! I like desserts. advice: you don't have to get angry with the customers! overall - nice."
