"In my open table reservations, I noted we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. They made every minute memorable, from our greeting to our farewell. We never expected such attention and truly have not received that at other venues. Food was excellent. Fish was very fresh. We’d highly recommend this restaurant."

"Beautiful surprise to find this place! vegan products clearly marked. should have made photos, but I had flower-flower-Chickpea-Kale salad, and it was good! did not find any vegan baked items. very friendly helpful staff"

"Went for brunch before the Steelers game. Drinks n food were great! Carrot sparkling drink was light n refreshing. The pumpkin bread was soooo good. I have been for dinner a few times, but never for brunch. I will def be back!"

"The kitchen in wigle is for us a hidden gem in strip district. eating is always an interesting mix of local ingredients and prepared for perfection. we really enjoy the rotating specialties as well as some of the mainstays on the menu. service is always friendly and relaxed."

"Had reservations for 5pm, arrived at 10 til 5pm, was not allowed in, even to the foyer, had to wait outside (in December) We could see through the window they were having a staff meeting at the bar area. Which ended at 5. Then they keep us waiting outside without their outside heater on until at least 5 after 5 one of our party had to go inside to ask if we could 'enter '. Staff was nice, some of our party thought food was great, specifically the steak, but hard to have a great time when the evening starts out by having to sit out in the cold for 15 minutes. It 's a good thing the people we were with made up for sitting out in the cold, We had a wonderful night. Atmosphere very nice.Parking: paid street parking"

"Absolutely loved it. It has a unique feel and look to it. Sort of a art deco meets Roman villa. You can choose to sit outside in the courtyard or inside at one of the bars or tables. I chose to sit outside on a nice sunny day and I was not disappointed. The service was quick, responsive, and attentive. The food was well presented, portioned well, and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend this place as a spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner. In short, if you want a casual but classy place to sit down and enjoy a meal and drinks with friends or someone special, The Abbey should be on your mind."
