"My wife has eaten here for lunch and dinner several time but this was my first time and it did not disappoint. We ate here to celebrate a birthday and the food was amazing. Our server was very nice and did an excellent job."

"Excellent Sunday lunch in a beautiful old pub. Dining room is found at the back. We had the pork belly and beef both were beautifully cooked and melt in the mouth. All roasts include Cauliflower cheese and veg. Our selection included kale, rainbow chard, leeks and beans this was in addition to the parsnip, carrot and potato on the main plate. The apple and berry crumble was full of flavour and the creme anglaise provided a perfect addition. Very reasonably priced given the quality of the food and the excellent service."
