"The most disappointing experience we have ever had. Let them know when making a reservation that it was my wife's 50th birthday. The occasion was recognized upon showing up to the restaurant. Usually, a restaurant will recognize a Birthday with maybe a dessert or something. This place did nothing. I will know now not to go here for any special occasion. So disappointed. Told waitress about it when paying bill and she knew nothing of it. I guess hostesses kept the secret to themselves"

"There's many people writing reviews about dining quality without realizing this is a student dining hall for the university, so please come here having that in mind. Public is welcome but that is not the intended audience. As far as university dining isconcerned this is one of the absolute best I have experienced having been to 3 other university dining facilities including UBCand UCLA. There is a wide array of selection, a majority of the food is locally sourced, and students can be well fed to theirpreferences at a VERY reasonable cost. It is an excellent place to study and grab something to eat. They have a designatedgluten free room that prioritizes the safety of the students with an allergy and a kitchen area with prepared ingredients tomake your own smoothies, waffles, etc."

"Hello. The smoothies are good, but I'm not satisfied with the costume service. I just bought 3 smoothies a few minutes ago (it was my first time to buy your products) and the guy who helped me was kind of rude, he answered my questions in an rude way as he was not ready to help."

"Rice was so stale and hard. (I got the Keefer bowl and the main bowl) I also asked for extra sauce but didn't seem like there was any extra on mine vs my husband's. Would not recommend this place."

"One of my favourite poke shops around town! The customer service at this location is great! The staff are courteous and kind and even when they are slammed (I believe there may have been a staffing shortage as usually there is 2 at lunch but yesterday wasjust 1 the worker was very kind and took the right amount of time with each customer while also apologizing for the wait (notto be faulted! . The pricing is still fair especially for the portion you get. They have seating indoors (limited but perfectenough to enjoy your bowl of poke before heading off to your next destination or returning to work (full and fed! the Cali ismy favourite bowl to order and the ingredients taste fresh and so well flavoured. I believe they have white rice, brown rice,kale, quinoa and cauliflower rice for bases (some alternatives are subject to additional charge which is nice to sort of caterto any palate."

"Server Neesha was awesome...we were came in at 4 to an empty restaurant but Neesha was super accommodating and we ended up having the pot roast dinner and the maple bacon burger with the works. Ordered the sticky toffee pudding and their mini cheesecakes are tasty too. Look, it's not Le Crocodile but it's a great local diner for a quick bite. Thanks Neesha"

"Nice ambience, noodle soup ok, BBQ salmon very good, sushi good, extremely slow service we waited almost an hour to get our food, friendly staff, but they never came over to offer more drink or top up tea. Bottom line an ok place if you...don't mind waiting."
