"We have been to Salmon Bear many times and the food is always good! Great healthy dinner option, especially if you are looking for a more casual/relaxed place to eat. We mainly come here for the baked King Ora salmon. The salmon is always cooked perfectly and goes well with the oyster sesame sauce and a side of roast veg or sweet potato fries. They also do great poke bowls! Fresh menu options and high quality ingredients."

"I really like their vegan laksa!! The fake meat and the broth were fantastic! The chocolate pancakes were tasty and decadent. The chai latte, red velvet latte were so nice too! Will be coming back to try other dishes !"

"I was very excited when I saw a new cafe that had opened across the street from my home. This place is really funky because there are lots of vibrant flowers and plants inside (hence from the name), and the premises has awesome interior which really accentuates the modern cafe ambiance. We ordered the mango smoothie and kale juice for the drinks. Both were surprisingly good and healthy. In addition, we opted for the gluten free chocolate cake which was amazing and probably the best item on the menu. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming."

"I bought a Groupon voucher for this place as it looked funky and new. We ordered two chicken rolls, two fries and two cans of drinks. Dr. Renkon roll was delicious and had bits of renkon chips and seaweed which was different. Dr. Crunch had a lot of sauce- a little spicy and full of flavour. Overall great service and food."

"Fabulous Service. We ordered a couple of salads and a coffee each. The salads were colourful, satisfying and we'd definitely order them again. My friend had the salmon salad and I had the beetroot hummus and roasted veggie salad. The coffees were great too. Thanks for a delicious lunch!"

"Osteria Coogee is the new kid on the block in Coogee, just opened in May. Off the main drag, it still has a coastal vibe to the restaurant and you feel like you are eating by the sea. <br/ <br/ Director (and a chef in his own right) Regan Porteous’ menu is good, unpretentious seasonal Italian food with a heavy focus on seafood. It’s food that you would have with an Italian family at home on a Sunday for a leisurely long lunch. <br/ <br/ As there were five of us we opted for the $75 Mangiamo set menu and we enjoyed each and every dish. The standout, however, for me was the gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and truffle (pictured) as well as the raw kingfish with black garlic purée which swam in a sea of olive oil, parsley and lemon (pictured). The set menu was generous and definitely good value for money. <br/ <br/ Although the staff were friendly and lovely, they were a bit slow on the day and this was the only disappointment. #osteriacoogee"
