"On the milk market for a vegan lunch, but all we could get was a galette that was delicious but not enough (it was Sunday). So we drove to killaloe only in time to buy many dings of quinoa kale and meet the beautiful owner. everything is vegan and whole food. there was no oil in the hot dressed (chilli and sweet potato stew). there were about 10 different salads and we have a large container filled with each one mix to eat later on our travels. it also has portions of food to heat home, so we also have some of it. everything is homemade with care and attention and the owners passionate about the health benefits of this type of food."
