"The food is good here like all Chick FIL A's. But there is a lady working inside that brings people food or picks up their trays that is always pleasant and friendly. I've eaten here multiple times and it's always the same. I'm very impressed by her."

"The first time goes and will definitely be my last. The food was okay. Nothing special. Customer service was terrible. They stood right in front of them to order, but did not help and stood there, worked on existing orders and talked to each other instead of recognizing us (and they saw us). But the absolutely worst part of it is an employee had her mask on, but not really as it just hangs on her chin. The employee also didn't wear gloves while working on our order. And they've lost anything with these bare hands! GROSS!!! No precaution in these terrible times. All employees took their free time, even as orders piling, chatting with each other. No sense of urgency and cleanliness. I would never be."

"WE ARRIVED AT 4:45 AFTER GOING TO THE THEATER IN PASADENA. WE WERE THE ONLY PATRONS SO IT WAS VERY QUIET, BUT I WAS THERE ON A KARRIOKA (SP? NIGHT IN THE BAR AND IT WAS UNPLEASANTLY LOUD IN THE REST OF OF RESTAURANT, SO I WOULD NEVER GO ON THAT NIGHT AGAIN. I ORDERED MY DRINK WITH AN OLIVE ON THE SIDE AND GOT A PLATE WITH LEMON AND LIME SLICES, BUT THIS WAS THE ONLY MISSTEP. THE REST OF THE SERVICE WAS FINE. THE BREAD WAS WARM AND SERVED WITH VINEGAR AND OLIVE OIL AND BUTTER. THEIR FOOD IS REALLY GOOD AND THE PORTIONS ARE LARGE. 3 OF US SPLIT THE HOUSE SALAD. IT WAS TASTY WITH A NUMBER OF GREENS, CABBAGE, TOMATOES, ETC. AND MORE THAN ENOUGH. 2 OF US CHOSE THE LINGUINE, ONE WITH CHICKEN AND ONE WITH SHRIMP. BOTH WERE TASTY AND SAUCED JUST RIGHT. 2 OF US CHOSE THE CAPPELLETTI WITH SHRIMP, ARTICHOKE HEARTS, PEAS AND PINE NUTS IN A KALE PESTO SAUCE. AGAIN, TASTY AND SAUCED JUST RIGHT. I WILL BE RETURNING SOON."

"When veggie grill first opened the food was delicious and prepared with care. Over the last several years the chain has deteriorated into low quality poorly prepared chain giving vegan food a bad name. The food is regularly cold and soggy and continuously disappoints with each new seasonal menu launch."
