"So why would anyone want to take the long and laborious 25 minutes drive from Warwick to Warren only for brunch? (for heaven's sake, you need to go to Massachusetts and then back to RI! A good reason is brunch in Eli's kitchen! We had the Crispy Coconut Pancakes with blueberries with some delicious topping and they were wonderful. We also had the special Cannoli Brioche French toast with a Ricotta and Marscapone, which was only heavenly. Fortunately, the portions were just the right size, or I didn't have room to try some of the Cubano Flatbread sandwich my partner ordered. Eli apparently smokes his own Tasso ham and combines the pork with citrus and oregano braided pork and barber cheese for a traditional but complex combination of tastes. Wonderful and worth another trip so I can get a complete sandwich for me. We went there because we had heard good reports from friends. It is an intimate place with friendly, friendly staff and customers alike. It's worth the trip!"

"Service was excellent, food was ok. Value was so so. Wife thoroughly enjoyed her pork chop. I ordered the ribeye didn't look or taste like a ribeye) two thin pieces of steak served over a smear or mashed potatos. Not really what I was expecting for a $40 steak dinner."

"Just stopped by for a quick bite at this Jamaican spot, and I was blown away. The authentic Jamaican food was delicious, especially the pork. The staff was friendly, and the portion sizes were HUGE. I'll definitely be back for more when passing by."

"I dinee here and her sister restaurant (sakonnet river grille) rare. my favorite meal is the chicken parm dinner. the quality and quantity of diner is excellent, but every time I have to order it on the palmer river, I have to make sure that they actually add some marinara sauce to the eat. otherwise it is hardly present. Perhaps the chef will read this, as I am sure that not the only one! and that is not the case with sakonnet grille. the service of gina was excellent!"

"Visited again on 11/20/21. New menu! The kale Caesar is great. Loved the tuna tartare. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits. Both desserts blueberry cheesecake and choc mousse cake are very good. Ordered takeout online. The brussels were good but a little salty. Rumbles Greens salad was a good size for sharing. Lots of great flavors. The polenta and the gnocchi were okay. A whoopie pie is sharing size and just okay more like biscuits than cake, dry and crumbly. Wine by the glass $15. A lot of outdoor seating and fire pits. Will try again, ordering differently."
