Also in the guest room (which, by the way, invites to stay and is decorated with very much attention to detail, TOP!!! the corona measures are present, 2 hygiene stations were present, filled and ready for operation, even the toilets were exemplary clean. Also provided for the small guests, high chairs are available. So now to what we're here to eat. The menu came quickly to the table, in a smaller form as before Corona, but there is still enough choice and something for every taste. 1x Barbecue Plate with Pommes and Djuvic Rice incl Aiwar and a supplement salad. 1x cream chips with fries and side dishes salad should be it. Beverages and food were quickly accepted and within 5 min there were 2 apple choirs and 1 bottle of water before us. But what came is already worth an extra star. A small but fine aperitif plate, garnished with olive paste, small herring strips, as well as with whole grain biscuits and pumpkin seed bread. Served as an appetizer by the boss, with recommendation from the kitchen and that for free, puuhhhh people, so can start lunch. TOP, it tasted excellent!!! Then the supplements of appetizers came to melt salad, fresh, crunchy, with rocket, colorful garden salad radishes, tomatoes and a vinaigrette with mustard and lemon juice, div. spices. After the vitamins, the proteins and protein-containing foods were provided with carbohydrates. What stood before us looked very, very good and it smelled fantastic. The cream Schnitzel of my wife (2 pcs., was covered with a light butter cream sauce which tasted excellent, the carving was butter soft and the panade very well tasted. The pommes were trapped in a mini frituse basket, also these were cross and not too bold that meets both dishes. The grill plate was righteous to his name. 4 different. Varieties of meat, with an aroma that tasted after vacation. The whole meat on the plate was juicy, soft and grilled on the point. The taste also went through masterly hands. In particular, I would like to mention the minced meat filled with sheep cheese that was the hammer, it lifted a hint off the other meat. Our conclusion: If you want to go home with a really great ambience of food and love the Croatian, as well as good-bourgeois cuisine, it is right here.
