"The rating refers exclusively to the hotel room and reception The restaurant is first class, the service attentive and super friendly .The food is exceptionally good .The spa area is also super .Great staff in the restaurant and in the spa .Now we unfortunately come to the many unpleasant things in this hotel .We are talking here about a 5 hotel . For what we have paid total with half board and massage 2200€ for 3 people 2 nights so also no snack . On the phone you said check in earlier, we didn't do that. After further questions came Patty : well then we note the number and call , should be expected what was done earlier .On site they actually let us wait until 14:45 although my father is hard heart diseased and would simply have been happy about a bed but also that interested here would not be interested. When you left, you just said patty : well, they are not the only one who wants to go to the room earlier. And we have never experienced anything like that. We have always been troubled and made available to at least one room, which we would have paid for.Nextly with the rooms.We got a room on the ground floor have booked a room with lateral sea views, now we looked at a hedge straight at the restaurant with dishes and an impossible sound scene.The terrace we had to share with the next room!!!!!! In the morning at 6 .Everything other than relaxing .So we couldn't leave our terrace without climate system of course also a great sleep in the room .Everything I've never experienced so.Before the reception unfriendly and arrogant .We ourselves come out of the industry and run factories themselves. "Were a few days in scharbeutz in the bayside and visited the dach on the third or fourth night. Overall I have mixed feelings when I think of visiting restaurant and bar. for a nice, quiet and relaxed evening dinner, that is too crowded. the noise is so extreme that they have to fight extremely with an entertainment. the service lets M.E also want to be strong. with the current performance not recommended by me. who wants to take a good drink or a delicious cocktail should definitely visit the bar area. environment, operation and the drinks were really excellent. if service I really need to make strong deductions. we came without reservation against approx. 20:00 clock and were not really noticed or addressed by anyone. of course the restaurant was very full and the services had to do allhand. Nevertheless I expect a short talk to the please, wait for a short time et.c two different waiters and the oberkellner went past several times without even giving a gesture of contempt. we then talked with a very nice waitress from the bar and that then tried to get someone for us in the restaurant. I would have left the restaurant here in the normal case. the oberkellner asked us a table and brought us the menu cards. I also did not find the ordering process so intoxicating, the somewhat folding type of the oberkellner did not come to me at all. probably also because of the previous distinctive. the inattentiveness then moved over the whole evening. empty jars were not given contempt and we had to beg for more drinks. only the waitress from the bar area we visited after dinner was able to communicate with guests and host them. very good service! here the anwesen des restaurants can look a lot. two days later, the young lady even knew how to drink my gin tonikum and offer it immediately. as we are on the sea, there are of course fish. even unconsistent wise only sea fish. there was a tuna tartar with fly fish caviar, avocado cream and crawl. the tartar had as expected sashimi quality and tasted really excellent in the presented form. for that there was something soy sauce, wash and intarized gingwer. the flying caviar went down here tastefully. I then ordered to the main dish on the lava stone grilled thunfish with a teriyaki sauce, rosmarinkartoffeln and a small mixed salate. the thunfish was up and at the place. the teriyaki sauce I found good and the rosmarin apples were also good. if mixed salate in separate exfoliation they can not say much. at the main courts in the dach they have the choice between different supplements for on him, on him and around it. I find the idea quite sympathetic, as it is possible to make its main dish individually here to the fish and meat dishes. appetizer about 10 euro thunfisch as main court 26,50 euro wein 6,50 euro aperitif 9,00 euro the ambiente looks. all very brown with indirect lighting. "Gans fantastic We ordered the carefree package with a goose on the weekend and were certainly not disappointed. With the guide, WIR can easily enchant a feast with claws, red cabbage, rose cabbage and cranberry orange sauce and of course the geese. It was super delicate and crispy – very clear recommendation!!!"
