"On a walk we discovered this place and decided spontaneously to make a reservation for the following night. Due to time constraints we had to change time for reservation and it was no problem at all. They had been very flexible and very friendly which...was very nice! When we arrived we could choose the table to be seated or even to sit outside despite all tables had been cleared due to heavy showers. We decided to take the risk and went outside. Immediately the table was set and we went for the three course menu with pairing wine selection. The food was very good,nicely decorated. The service was very friendly and attentive and we received good explanations with the respective wines. In total, great place and we will return next time we are in Berlin."

"I've been more regular in school for years. so far my services have been and I have always been very satisfied. This time, the visit for me was more inviting but unpleasant. the feed quality was maximum average. the otherwise very creative and excellent greeting from the kitchen was rather faded and monotonous. the (flambierte) goat cheese as an appetizer was so far a delicious; the preparation was obviously changed and saved on the ingredients. the note that this appetizer was far more clearly tuned, was with the pampy answer the tastes are still different indiscusable and unprofessional. the ragout from the calf was tough and tasted a bit standing off. the other main dish, white carving, was ordered with modified supplement. that has not worked and has been briefly addressed. in the case of similar and quite forgiving errors, a final spirituose or espresso has been offered as an excuse. this time. also the white schnitzel itself did not reach the previously known quality (and quantity.) I had the impression that quality and service of the school is driven back to gunsten des restaurant orberger. Pity!"

"This is a small restaurant on the side street. I'm a smoker and I was surprised that smoking was allowed in the restaurant. I do not recommend it to non-smokers. The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly."

"We made a last minute birthday dinner booking at the restaurant. Luckily they accepted (Speyer was quite busy after Christmas plus there was a Christmas market still running). Location is a traditional Wirtshaus. Prices and portion are reasonable. We all liked the various Schnitzel creations,...food and beers had been tasty. Only minus restaurant knew that it was a birthday booking plus we spent a couple of hundred Euros I would have expected a greeting from the restaurant... service good improve."
