"Usually for things around the fish market you're looking at a good 1700 yen upwards. This is one of the places we went to and had reasonable prices. The taste was as expected. Nothing fancy, just your classic fresh from the sea fish and warm rice. It comes with free tea at the table and has tables for four at the back. I got the Jo-Kaisen-Don 2440EN and it was delicious. Kaisendon is supposed to have thinnly cut fish and this didn't disappoint. It also had many types of fish in the one bowl which truly made it a joy to taste. The server did not speak english so you might need to brush up on your pointing skills (picture menu avaliable). Not a deal breaker, but the server got one of our orders wrong and we had to wait sometime for the mistake. The owner was very apologetic about it."
