"Good food..value for money,..starters were good but I ordered Onion kulcha and daal. The kulcha was not great and it was not at all soft...the daal was too bland with no spices or taste. I would recommend this place for take away starters but not...main course."

"I've been coming to the Bombay Palace for more than three years. It is always a very special pleasure to enter a completely different world here. They only open two doors and come from Sachsenhausen to India. Not only the design of the furniture, the music and the smell take a flashy into a short holiday. It is above all the flavors of foods that exceed the level of lunch snack Indian in the takeaway business by a factor of 1 to a thousand. Das Restaurant befindet sich gut zugänglich an der Kaiser Strasse in der Frankfurter City. Parkplätze sind Mangelware, daher lieber mit den öffentlichen oder ins Parkhaus. Sowohl vor dem Restaurant, wie auch an der Hauptstrasse. Nach den tollen Kritiken haben wir uns entschieden diesen Inder auch zu probieren.Ambiente:
Das Restaurant selber ist schön und aufgeräumt. Die Sitzplätze draussen sind mit Sonnenschirmen abgedeckt. Mein erster Eindruck innen, wie aussen ist gut. Essen:
Die Karte enthält eine grosse Auswahl an Gerichten.Das bestellte Lamm Korma war leider eher wie Lammfleisch in einer Chutney und hatte für mich wenig mit echten Korma zu tun. Unter Chicken Vindaloo verstehe ich eine rötliche, scharfe Sauce. Dem war leider nicht so. Statt scharf war es eher salzig. Das Fleisch und die Kartoffeln, wie auch der Reis waren gut. Das Naan hätte etwas fluffiger sein können. Das Raita war gut abgestimmt.Bestellung: 1x Lamm Korma, 1x Chicken Vindaloo, 1x Raita, 2x Garlic Naan, 4x Indisches Lagerbier (0,33) – Total: EUR 51.80.Service:

Leider ein etwas ernüchternder Besuch. Hätte nach den tollen Kritiken und dem Fernsehauftritt eindeutig mehr erwartet. Ich habe schon bessere Inder besucht. Zum Essen kann man, muss man aber nicht.
