"I was visiting a friend in Aachen and to catch up, we decided to have lunch in this restaurant which was actually recommended by another friend. It is a little bit outside of Aachen, in Laurensberg. However, the trip is really worth it. Due to...the warm and nice weather, we decided to sit outside under the trees, really nice. For the main course, we had the pepper steak and a piece of roasted suckling pig. It was very delicious. Normally, I am not a huge fan of thick fat layers attached to the meat, but this was so tasty. Not gooey or tough, but tender and melting on the tongue with great taste which went very well with the actual meat of the pig. This was accompanied with a very righ gravy and some potates. A great combination. According to my friend, the steak was also worth the money. Affiliated with the restaurant is a tennis club and for the children you can find a couple of meters away from the restaurant a playground. In sum, we really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant and weren't disappointed by it. The food was delicious to reasonable prices. I have eaten worse in the city center for more money. Therefore, I recommend this place and will be back for sure."
