"We used to love this place — the schnitzel was out of this world and every year we went to Zermatt, this meal was our highlight. Unfortunately, this is now a thing of the past: the schnitzels of 2024 are okay — good, maybe, but definitely not great. Comparing to the schnitzels of the past, which were life-changing, the breading is thick and fatty, and meat slides out of it which isn’t very tasteful. Meat itself isn’t well seasoned, portions are much smaller. If you are looking for the best schnitzel, keep looking: unfortunately you won’t find it here anymore."
