"Sunday afternoon, the Cafe Richter offers itself. Picked cake from the rich offer, and enjoyed coffee in the cafe. The service was very friendly. What irritated us was that the cake lying on the plate (can not stand, for that the piece was too thin) was covered with plastic film, as if you wanted to take it. Under the plastic film was the cashier. We haven't experienced that yet. In our opinion, this does not match the style of a cafe, nor does it match the not just cheap cake prices. On the question of why the cake pieces are not served on the plate without plastic film, we were told briefly and cash by the lady behind the cake buffet that this was the hygiene rule of the trade supervisor, that it was Sunday with many guests and if we had not wanted the film, we would have had to say this to the service beforehand. On our objection that this was not communicated to us when searching for cakes and when ordering at the cafe, the lady behind the cake buffet only woke with the shoulders. No word of regret. The boss who stood next to the lady at the cake buffet didn't say anything. We found the sound and kind very unfriendly and high-noise. Because of this impossible behavior, we will only advise everyone to enjoy something good at the Cafe Richter."
