"Wife and I stopped for lunch on our way to OU graduation. Having recently broken my ankle and using a walker, it was a looooong way from parking to order area. Ordered and found a table. Food arrived and although the fries portion was generous, the sandwiches were very small. Not anything like the ones we get at 407 BBQ in Argyle,TX."

"I ordered a pick up order so I drove to the window. Upon arriving, the employee working the window slid the window open and she didn’t say a word, just stared at me. I said “Hello, I have a pick up order for “. She hands it to me and I drive home. Once home I noticed there was no salad dressing for my salad in the box. The few times I have been inside, it was very clean and a nice atmosphere. I know it’s hard to come by employees, but their customer service and order preparation could definitely use some improvement."

"Absolutely two time in a row I come through the drive thru and place orders for baked potato plates and given a total to pull around only to be told that they are out of them and it's a 45 minute wait ! Couldn't you tell me that before giving me a total to drive around??Not a way to do business in this Small Town . I understand being busy but come on !"
