"The old Vogtei, a beautiful historically embossed brick building ensemble, houses the nested southernly managed restaurant Fisch Meer . The most prestigious walker at this hotspot, if he could ever get one of the rare parking spaces, is thus all the more reluctant to stop this offer, which in particular also promises Scandinavian visit to pizza always goes... . The ambience is historically playful, decorated, clean and lovingly worth visiting; staff open, very friendly and appealing. Classic North German fish dishes were our goal after a recommendation and pre-order; you will find in good selection not overpriced as well as international mainstream. Binding reception and placement in the clearly visited restaurant no season and cold outside therefore we also found a parking... . Flott were the drinks picked up and at the table: King Pilsener 0,3l 3,80 , 0.4l 4,50 , well maintained wines Grauburgunder, Merlot 6,90/0,2l, 0,75l S.Pellegrino 6,90 and spirits at 3, €/2cl. We ordered: Carpaccio 12,90 € thin sliced beef fillet with parmesan. Ostsee Scholle in whole 19,90 € fried with potato salad on demand: homemade and salad supplement. Ostsee Scholle „Finkenwerder Art“ in whole 22,90 € fried with bacon cubes, potato salad and salad supplement. Dorschfilet 22,90 € fried with salt potatoes, dijon mustard sauce and salad dressing. At Finkenwerder and a cod fillet, it was no problem to change the supplement to roast potatoes at no extra cost. Amuse, bread etc. did not exist. The Carpaccio under Rucola was cotted with lemon carving, cherry tomatoes and 3 baguette slices came after a few minutes. Harmonically tasted with balsamico and spicy parmesan rasps quite suitable and tasty. The thin fillets are placed absolutely symetrically circular, in the middle a little frosty but delicate, fresh and not tasteless. Good convenience you get everywhere! The break to the main courses was felt a little too long, especially as other later tables were served before us. The fish came classically decorated as dish dishes, even though a little unloved. Salad dressing somewhat natural, partially finished marinated, but tasty. Salzkartoffeln i.O., Bratkartoffeln a bit rough but good and the potato salad probably not self-made a bit clear and nothing special. But it comes to the fish: The sollen medium-sized, fleshy, well roasted, slightly crispy and still juicy, carefully seasoned but very neat. Fresh and attractive! The slightly brighter only tenderly roasted cod because fishing ban could have been a bit crispy, but was spiced by and more harmoniously. There is hardly a better place for such a snack than here in the direct connection between the main railway station and the Holstentor or the city centre. From fish rolls to grill, to a part of small huts in fish and meat snacks. After a long void, an offer was found here that focuses on the offer of the sea. For 7.0€, this was even brought to me after about 5 10 minutes. So it is already positive that the dishes are prepared for order and are not prepared for long. Backfisch Bruscetta in Sesam Burgerbrötchen with classic remoulade, tomatoes, rocket and balsamico cream. At first I was surprised by the portion size, handy served in the dish. This once justified the higher than usual price of 7.0 €. Bruscetta therefore does not refer to the baked goods that I could hardly imagine for the baked fish on baguette slices. Nevertheless, Sesam Burger Brötchen was already convinced with fresh volatility and still slightly crispy. This quality was also the fried seaweeder (as almost always here a seaweed with juice and remarkably cheerful breakdown in good proportion in nothing. The classic baked fish craftsmanship is therefore definitely dominated here and with the fresh preparation will be a preferred choice in the area of fish snacks. What was the Bruscetta hat? Backfisch Bruscetta in Sesam Burgerbrötchen with classic remoulade, tomatoes, rocket and balsamico cream. Even if the guest contact wanted to have something more than the most remote level of a fast snack, the employees did not convey a negative mood. Culinaryly my “Backfisch Bruscetta” entered this front midfield. The price of 7 € was justified both by portion size, freshness and quality of the classic components. But it was not possible to achieve a profit through the “Bruscetta Interpretation”. But as a tourist as a local, you don’t make anything wrong for me if you prefer the “Fish Concept” for a rest in the city hectic and bushy to other snacks."

"The fischhütte in lübeck is in principle an extended imbalance with a heatable pre tent. in imbiß you look at the road, in the tent you have a quite beautiful look at the museum harbour with historical ships. we were at the beginning of november 2015 2 times in the fischhütte, where we were by chance. the service was easy and friendly and never to lie around a word. we found this pleasant and not intrusive. both of us have ordered fish chips quite simply because it was one of the cheapest dishes on the map and that is already one of the points that also catches up with other commentators on these and other platforms: the fish dishes are simply too expensive for an imbalance, so rightly we only get at over 10, 12, 13 euro. our fish chips were portioning during the first visit so good and rich again. but the portion was perhaps only two thirds so large. (for the time we thought the cook had forgotten the baked pieces. so our impression remains a bit divisive. If we come back to lübeck, we would go back, of course, because the actual quality was good. But there are to think that so many commentators praise the quality, but the price of performance is a matter of urgency. this seems to be the weakest: an imbiß (even if it is good with restaurant prices."
