"Good food as all McAlister's locations but this one has by far the worst service. We try to call ahead every time so food will be ready when we arrive, phone is usually off the hook or just ignored even when there'ye not busy and no customers in store. Today we called 4X w no answer, when we arrived to place order in person heard 2 other calls go unanswered, zero customers in line being waited on. Waiting with a sick infant so trying to minimize wait time and time hanging out there, even with no customers waiting we sat for 25 minutes waiting on 2 half sandwiches and a potato and still had to ask status to get it bagged and ready to go. Answer the phone, do your job. Not a fluke, same situation every time."

"This has to be one of the worst and most poorly run places I?ve ever been to. First of all, I ordered from what I thought was a different restaurant but ended up being a Dickey?s virtual brand. When I arrived, none of my food had even been started yet.They needed me to explain what I had ordered so they could begin cooking it. So here I am, an hour after my scheduled pickuptime, waiting on mediocre food. Skip this place and do yourself a favor. Edit added a star back because the people who workedthere were really kind. In no way should this review reflect upon the people that were working this evening. They were tryingtheir best."

"This was our first time visiting the restaurant. Let me first say, It's a lot smaller than I expected. However, it provides a more intimate setting. The portions are amazing and the flavors are on point. I ordered the Cheese and Gravy Fries and the Calamari. I'm a sucker for calamari so every time I visit an Italian restaurant, I have to try their calamari. I like to base an Italian restaurant off of their Calamari, Caesar dressing, Veal and of course Marinara sauce! I don't eat spaghetti "

"Best cafeteria food I have ever had 10/10 I definitely would recommend. Evrytime I got to choose where to eat at my first communion the place I wanted to go to eat after was Piccadilly! It was so good the service is a 9/10 it is good but not great but it’s the food I pay the most attention to this place is good for like a fast grab and go food type of thing and is good if you have only 10 minutes to eat and go! 5/5"

"Called and ordered food from here when I was sick . It was so bad I had to write a review so others would know. I ordered $70 worth of food for takeout. Shrimp creole, tomato basil soup, chili, gumbo and chicken noodle soup. We also ordered the mirliton appetizer and onion rings. I had gotten some chicken noodle soup from the Hobbnober on West Metairie the day prior and it was outstanding. This day however they had a different soup of the day so I decided to tryTessie's. Big mistake! They might as well poured water into a quart size container and threw in some sliced canned carrots pasta and a couple of bites of chicken. Watery and bland, no flavor whatsoever. The tomato basil soup was a completematch to the Campbell's tomato soup I could buy in a can. My husband loves shrimp creole but couldn't even eat two bites of this! The onion rings were dry with no flavor and the marathon dressing was flavorless. Complete waste of our money.If you want good food, this is definitely not the place."
