"Let's go. I am friends with the owners, but as any of my friends would tell you “if you don’t want the truth, don’t ask him”! I said I could just give you the straight blow. Yesterday and today was the gentle opening with the great opening to follow tomorrow. Yesterday I had typical sushi orders, but as always the best and freshest ingredients were put in front of me and the quality was exceptional. Tonight I returned with the intention to try the Buffalo Castle “The Big Al”. When I came to the restaurant; wow the aroma of fresh ingredients cooking immediately illuminates my hunger. When I was served my burger, I enjoyed every bite. Then I realized that I had not added the sauce to my burger. I thought what I thought? I know these guys do their own sauces, they do not serve pre-cleaned processed crap loaded with preservatives. So I put my finger in it and tasted it. It was delicious! Honestly, I ate all my sweet potato fruit with the sauce and then couldn't help extruding the rest, a finger cup at a time. The decor is colorful, vibrant and welcoming. Everyone smiles and positive. I'm sure there will be some bumps like any new start, but with a commitment to constantly improve this restaurant, Ramona will meet a place for friends and enjoy great food."

"This place is a cozy dinner. Very friendly and attentive staff. I can't help but buy the sushi cook and other chefs Saki shots when I'm there. Ken the owner and main chef Sushi is generous and very friendly. Even their baked and fried pork chops are delicious. Much better than you expect at a sushi place. My favorite thing is that you can just ask Ken to surprise you with a role (customer) and he knocks it out of the park every time."
