"Delicious. I went here about 30 mins before close (less people) but easily found a seat, food was fresh and tasty. I had tempura prawns and some sushi n rice dish. Loved it. Good price, good layout. I bit small inside but has outdoor seating. Pick your time. Staff were very friendly. Looks like there are a few whingers on here but give it a thumbs up for good cheap food. $8 total for my two plates."

"Worst Chicken Karage I've ever eaten. Six pieces of chicken that tasted like the tempura chicken nuggets you get at Coles. No flavour, No BBQ sauce as stated and hardly any mayo. Even the rice was flavourless. To make matters worse one of the men in the kitchen was picking something out of his teeth with his finger and then proceeded to cook food on the stove top. Will not be eating here again.<br>"

"Stopped in for lunch whilst in Brisbane for business. After verbally ordering and backing up my order by pointing at the menu the waitress still managed to get it wrong. Rather than apologising for the mix up she disputed my version and made me pay the one dollar difference between what I received and what I ordered. I was prepared to forgive this but after tasting the bland and lifeless Bento box needed to warn other potential customers to choose another Japanese option close by. Japanese food is usually subtle and delicate but this meal had obviously been prepared by not properly trained chefs. The tempura batter would have been at home at your local fish and chip shop and was think and over fried, the rice was over cooked and the rest of the dish lacked anything resembling expertly prepared Japanese preparation. Best avoided unless you want a lunch that is barely food."

"This restaurant was %100 better before changing ownership back in 2016. The Japanese quality service is gone completely. Staff are either busy on their mobile phones or just lazing around. Don't expect them to answer the phone any time soon, ask for chopsticks to take...away and expect a gormless look as if you've asked for something way beyond the means of normal."
