"Interesting restaurant concept. It is modern and fun interior, and kind of reminds me of a fast food restaurant but there is table side service. The food took longer to prepare than your average fast food restaurant but I think it is because it is made fresh. Deep fried chicken was SO SO SO very good. So was the pork on rice, eel on rice and Katsu Don. I also tried the octopus deep fried snacks and the lava egg. The flavors are quite good and clean tasting. When ordering you can add extras like an egg to the rice bowl. Service was excellent. Price of rice bowls average around $7 to $10. I think I would be a regular here for a quick, hot meal. I would have loved the option of more vegetables e.g a vegetable stir fry or teppanyaki veggies. Then I would be here weekly as a regular. I would return here again because of service, quality of food and how clean and well maintained the space is. TIPS: 1. Definitely look for the street number. They need a sign closer to eye level so you can identify it from the sea of shops on that side of the street. 2. Green p parking is in back so after lunch we took our time walking and shopping in the area.3 Washrooms are in basement and small so recommend takeout for those with mobility issues."

"My friend and I gave this restaurant a try while walking down Dundas Street looking for a place to eat. There is a great variety of options in the menu and the food itself is good overall. The service was prompt and attentive, and the place was clean, modern, and spacious. It is quite pricey for a cheapster like me almost $50 for three meals (without drinks) before tips. It wasn't particularly busy on the Saturday evening of our visit as only three tables were occupied."
