"This is a great place. there is a great atmosphere here and eating is absolutely delicious. they seem particularly good for birthdays and are always happy to sing happy birthday and bring you a small cupcake. I would recommend the malbec and the limoncello as drinks. I would also say that the crumb and the mixed kebab are also delicious. the place is clean and looks good. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Come to this place for doner cababs which are highly recommend by me and the owner starts bragging about how good the burgers are. I wish I could post a picture. I paid £8 for a burger that couldn't feed a child and it is really nothing to bragging about. Don't make the same mistake ! "Visited the Spice with my family, one of whom has a dairy intolerance. When booking a table on the telephone I had asked about catering for a a dairy intolerance and was told that this would not be an issue and to discuss when we arrived. To be clear the meal we all had was very good, but upon asking the manager for guidance on what would be suitable for someone avoiding dairy, he was relatively unhelpful naming one dish. This didn’t fill us with confidence however upon further enquiring when ordering we were able to determine further options. As I said the meal itself was very good, and we all enjoyed it and even my kids ate everything! I’m marking the restaurant down though for their service with regards to our enquiry. We’ve been to other Indian restaurants where their guidance was much better and reassuring that there were many options to choose from. The management at The Spice would not go wrong to take a leaf out of other restaurants’ books and be more attentive to their customer’s’ needs."

"A chicken burger meal from here on the other day, came exceptionally fast within 15-20 minutes. the delivery driver was very friendly and friendly. the food came warm and was by far the best almost food in and around basingstoke. the wings were juicy and tasteful, while the burger was very tasty. would definitely recommend and buy from here again!"

"We ordered a family meal. Mixture of kebabs and pizza. All totally overcooked. Absolutely waste of money. Tasteless kebabs, and the margarita pizza was obviously mixed with some kind of chilli and gave my wife an anaphylactic shock as she is allergic to chilli! We...phoned to complain and they totally dismissed us, collected the pizza and actually stood on the doorstep eating the pizza in front of us. Disgusting service. Don’t us this takeaway."
