"I ordered my food at 7:49 our pizza came 1h 10mins later just to have the wrong food delivered. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas but because I said cheese and not Margarita pizza they put it down as cheesy garlic bread pizza not just a plain cheese tomato pizza. I phoned up to just try to have a civil conversation but I was speaking to someone who says he was new and if I could phone back 10 minutes later so I did that and then got the same person again. They told me they would phone me back in a couple minutes it was 17 minutes later I supposedly got through to the manager but yet again it was the same person claiming to be new. He told me that I am only phoning up because I changed my mind and that I was lying. He told me that he took my order and that he made it. He started to call me darling and being pedantic telling me he can’t make 2 new pizzas because of the time. I waited over 2 hours for pizza just to not be able to eat it then have to wait more time to get what I actually ordered.
