"Cuy is served on special occasion, and after 6 weeks in Peru, it was time for Cuy. Opted for deep fried. The cook and the service was terrific. The setting, very relaxing. And the cuy itself was actually not bad. The legs tasted like chicken. I couldn't quite get into to the herbal gamey flavor once I started eating the body. But I can see why some people love the dish. The side salad was topped with a beautifully crafted avocado, looking like a rose. And the herbal tea was a nice mix actually with the cuy. Highly recommended."
